Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. 2. Prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease (non-stick)
  3. 3. Add cottage cheese, oats, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, allspice, and salt in a blender and blend
  4. 4. Fill 9 out of the 12 muffin cups evenly with the mixture
  5. 5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top of each muffin
  6. 6. Bake for about 20-22 minutes until the muffins start to golden
  7. 7. Remove from the oven to cool and enjoy!
