- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2. Prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease (non-stick)
- 3. Add cottage cheese, oats, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, allspice, and salt in a blender and blend
- 4. Fill 9 out of the 12 muffin cups evenly with the mixture
- 5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top of each muffin
- 6. Bake for about 20-22 minutes until the muffins start to golden
- 7. Remove from the oven to cool and enjoy!
