- 1. Add all ingredients except the greens and coconut milk in a slow cooker. Turn on low for ~6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- 2. Add in kale and coconut milk and cook another hour.
- 3. Serve as is – can add more coconut milk if you want it thinner.
- 4. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
