Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F and spray a 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray
  2. 2. Blend together the cottage cheese and milk.
  3. 3. Set aside 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and mix in the rest with the cottage cheese and milk.
  4. 4. Mix the pasta with the blended mixture in a separate bowl and then pour into the dish. Season with salt and pepper, cover in foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Uncover the pan and mix again. Add the ¼ cup cheese on top and continue baking for 30 more minutes without the foil.
