I love a good Sweetgreen salad, but sometimes it’s just as easy (and honestly, cheaper!), to make it at home yourself! Serves: 4

Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Add all ingredients into a large salad bowl or 4 tupperware containers equally and enjoy with your favorite dressing of choice!

ingredients

  • 4 cups roughly chopped kale

  • 4 cups spinach

  • 2 cups raw or roasted broccoli

  • 2 cups sliced cabbage

  • 2 cups sliced carrot (or roughly chopped if you’re lazy like me!)

  • 1 cup sliced almonds

  • 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained

  • Optional high protein add on: chicken, hard boiled egg, or tofu

  • Optional add on: Sweetgreen uses chopped sweet potato on this salad! I didn’t have any, so I omitted.
