I love a good Sweetgreen salad, but sometimes it’s just as easy (and honestly, cheaper!), to make it at home yourself!
Serves: 4
Ingredient
- 4 cups roughly chopped kale
- 4 cups spinach
- 2 cups raw or roasted broccoli
- 2 cups sliced cabbage
- 2 cups sliced carrot (or roughly chopped if you’re lazy like me!)
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained
Optional high protein add on: chicken, hard boiled egg, or tofu
Optional add on: Sweetgreen uses chopped sweet potato on this salad! I didn’t have any, so I omitted.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a large salad bowl or 4 tupperware containers equally and enjoy with your favorite dressing of choice!
