Copycat Sweetgreen Salad: Garden Cobb
I love a good Sweetgreen salad, but sometimes it’s just as easy (and honestly, cheaper!), to make it at home yourself! Serves: 4

Ready To Start?
- 1. Add all ingredients into a large salad bowl or 4 tupperware containers equally and enjoy with your favorite dressing of choice!
ingredients

4 cups roughly chopped romaine (I used Kale because that’s what I had that day!)

4 cups spring mix

2 cups roasted and chopped sweet potato

1/2 cup sliced onion

1/2 cup sliced almonds

2 cups chopped tomato

2 avocado, sliced

8 hard boiled eggs (2 per serving)

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (can omit!)

Optional dressing: balsamic vinaigrette
