Ready To Start?
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a muffin tray with muffin liners.
- 2. Combine all wet ingredients (grated apple, yogurt, vanilla, eggs, & oil) in a large bowl.
- 3. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients (cinnamon, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, whole wheat flour, & oats).
- 4. Add half the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and fold into the wet ingredients until mostly combined, then fold in the second half making sure to not to overmix.
- 5. Fill each muffin liner about ¾ of the way full.
- 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- 7. Allow to cool and enjoy!
