  2. 2. Fold in Chocolate Chips: Transfer the creamy mixture to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips
  3. 3. Chill and Enjoy: Refrigerate your chickpea cookie dough for about 30 minutes. This step allows the flavors to blend and the texture to firm up. Then, dig in and enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
