Serves: 3 (makes about 6 mini waffles)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend the mixture until smooth.
- Grease a waffle maker, place batter onto the waffle maker, and let batter cook.
- Top waffles with nut butter, fruit, syrup, or any other toppings of your choice.
