  1. 1. Saute frozen cauliflower mix in a saute pan on medium with some olive oil until thawed out. Add in the bell pepper or other veggie. Saute for about 5-7 min.
  2. 2. Add pre-cooked chicken or tofu. Saute another 2-5 min.
