This Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry is a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal perfect for busy weeknights! Made with a frozen cauliflower fried rice stir-fry mix, your choice of protein (chicken or tofu), and vibrant veggies like bell peppers or broccoli, it’s a low-carb twist on a classic favorite. Ingredients:
- 1 package of frozen cauliflower fried rice stir fry mix
- 1-2 lb of precooked chicken OR 1 block of chopped tofu
- 1 sliced bell pepper or 1 head of broccoli chopped
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
- Saute frozen cauliflower mix in a saute pan on medium with some olive oil until thawed out. Add in the bell pepper or other veggie. Saute for about 5-7 min.
- Add pre-cooked chicken or tofu. Saute another 2-5 min.
- Drizzle desired amount of soy sauce on top.
- Enjoy as is1
