I’ve been incorporating more chia seeds into my diet because they’re PACKED with nutritional value! Fiber, healthy fats, and protein. I recommend seeds to my clients who want to fix their metabolism, lose weight, or feel better in their own body — they’re also so versatile! Makes: 1 serving

- 1. Combine all ingredients except the blueberries in a mason jar or tupperware. Mix to combine. Top with fresh blueberries.
- 2. Keep in the fridge overnight and then enjoy!
