Makes: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of oats
- ¼ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ¼ cup of dark chocolate chips
- ⅓ cups of chopped walnuts
- 2 mashed bananas
- 3 tbsp of natural maple syrup
- ½ cup of almond butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, combine oats, salt, cinnamon, dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts in one bowl
- In a separate bowl mash the two bananas and add the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla
- Mix until wet ingredients are combined
- Mix the wet ingredients with the dry
- Separate mixture into even, round balls and place on the baking sheet
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
