Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Overnight oats that taste like banana bread but come together in five minutes flat — no baking, no mixing bowls, no dishes. You mash a ripe banana into oats, yogurt, and a few pantry staples, pop it in the fridge, and wake up to a creamy, protein-packed breakfast that's ready to grab and go. It's the kind of easy, satisfying meal prep that fits into a busy morning without any calorie counting or complicated steps. Perfect for those days when you want something that feels like a treat but keeps you full until lunch.
