- 1. Roughly chop your block of tempeh into small crumble pieces, almost to the point of minced.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the tempeh crumbles, ginger powder, and garlic powder. Saute until golden, about 5-10 minutes.
- 4. Add the mirin and stir while it cooks out.
- 5. Remove the pan from heat and mix in the teriyaki sauce and hemp or sesame seeds. Optionally add sliced green onion.
- 6. Enjoy as a protein in your meal or add to your meal prep for later!
