Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Roughly chop your block of tempeh into small crumble pieces, almost to the point of minced.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the tempeh crumbles, ginger powder, and garlic powder. Saute until golden, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the mirin and stir while it cooks out.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from heat and mix in the teriyaki sauce and hemp or sesame seeds. Optionally add sliced green onion.
  6. 6. Enjoy as a protein in your meal or add to your meal prep for later!
