Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a Tupperware or mason jar. Mix to combine.
  2. 2. Store in the fridge overnight. Eat within 1-3 days.

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (gluten-free is ok too)

  • 1 tbsp flax seed

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1/4 cup diced apple

  • Liquid base to cover (I use cow’s milk, you could also use almond milk or coconut milk!)
