  1. 1. Mix together the shredded coconut, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
  2. 2. Spoon coconut mixture into the pitted dates. Top each with an almond.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil and melt. Drizzle over the dates.
  4. 4. Place in the freezer and enjoy as desired!
