- 1. Mix together the shredded coconut, coconut milk, and maple syrup.
- 2. Spoon coconut mixture into the pitted dates. Top each with an almond.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil and melt. Drizzle over the dates.
- 4. Place in the freezer and enjoy as desired!
