Air Fried Cauliflower

If you think eating veggies is boring, this recipe will prove you wrong! This air fried cauliflower takes just minutes to prepare and is packed with delicious flavor! 

Makes: 1 cake

Ingredients:

  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ of a lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • Sriracha to taste
  • Optional: top with green onions

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop cauliflower into bite size pieces. Place cauliflower in a mixing bowl and mix in the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and sriracha. Place the cauliflower in an Airfryer and cook at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Top the air fried cauliflower with chopped green onions.
