- 1. Rinse and dry all of your produce and beans.
- 2. Dice the tomatoes and green onions. Add the beans, cheese, corn, tomatoes, green onions and cream cheese to a bowl and mix together.
- 3. Microwave the tortillas for 20 seconds, covered with a damp paper towel, to help prevent them from cracking when rolled.
- 4. Fill about ¼ cup of filling into each tortilla and roll.
- 5. Throw into the airfryer at 350 for 12 minutes and enjoy with your favorite dip or sauce!
