5-Minute Turkey & Hummus Power Wrap (No Cooking Required)
Lunch always sneaks up on the busiest days. You blink and it's 1:45, your stomach is growling through back-to-back meetings, and the last thing you want is to stand over a stove. This wrap is my go-to for exactly that kind of day: no cooking, no dishes, just five minutes and real food that actually fills you up. Turkey and hummus might sound simple, but that's the whole point. Lean protein from the turkey, fiber and healthy fat from the hummus and avocado, and crunch from whatever veggies you have in the fridge. It's proof that a satisfying lunch doesn't need a recipe card's worth of steps. Swap the tortilla for a gluten-free wrap or lettuce leaves and it holds up just as well. Pair it with a piece of fruit, some baby carrots, or a handful of chips, and you've got a full lunch in under five minutes.
