I love having these protein balls as a post workout snack because they’re packed with protein! They’re also an easy on-the-go snack for busy days š
Makes about 10 balls. I recommend doubling this recipe for meal prepping!
Ingredients:
- 1/2Ā cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4Ā cupĀ honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3Ā cupĀ protein powder of choice – I love to use this one
- 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2Ā cupĀ rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processer and pulse until combined.
- Shape dough into balls (roll with your hand).
- Store in the fridge for the week or freeze for up to 1 month.
