4 Ingredient Trader Joe’s Asian Stir Fry
If you’re a Trader Joe’s fan like me, you know I love their easy pre chopped veggies! It makes fixing your metabolism easier and you’ll have more time to do other things (like spend time with your family!) Serves: 4

Ready To Start?
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet – line with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- 2. Add salmon fillets to the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for ~20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 3. While the salmon is cooking, add saute pan to medium heat with some olive oil. Add stir fry veggies. Cook for about 5 minutes, until veggies are basically cooked through. Add teriyaki sauce and mix to combine.
- 4. Take veggies off heat. Add veggies to rice (if using), place salmon on top, and add sliced avocado to each bowl. Enjoy!
