Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. 2. Add shrimp and green beans onto a sheet pan. Drizzle some oil and salt and pepper on top. Cook for ~25 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through.
  3. 3. Enjoy with cooked quinoa + additional sauce as desired!

  • 4 cups of raw shrimp, deveined and tail removed

  • 6 cups of green beans

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa or brown rice

  • Olive oil and salt and pepper

  • Optional dressing: pesto or teriyaki sauce
