- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Using a fork, mash bananas in a bowl until they are broken down.
- 3. Add in oats and combine.
- 4. Sprinkle in chocolate chips and combine.
- 5. Using a spoon (or honestly with your hands!), take ~ 1 tbsp or 1 cookie worth into your hand and roll into a ball. Form into a cookie and place on baking sheet.
- 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set and cooked through.
- 7. Enjoy!
