Ready To Start?
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- 2. Grease or line a baking sheet.
- 3. Add gnocchi and tomatoes to sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil and salt on top and mix to combine.
- 4. Add block of feta in the middle of the sheet pan.
- 5. Bake for about 20 min, stirring halfway through.
- 6. Serve in bowls and add a dollop or 2 of pesto to each serving.
