Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. 2. Grease or line a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Add gnocchi and tomatoes to sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil and salt on top and mix to combine.
  4. 4. Add block of feta in the middle of the sheet pan.
  5. 5. Bake for about 20 min, stirring halfway through.
  6. 6. Serve in bowls and add a dollop or 2 of pesto to each serving.

  • 2-3 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

  • 1 block of feta

  • A jar of pesto (about 2-3 tbsp of pesto needed per serving)
