This online class covers:

- The benefits of making them healthier
- Delicious recipes you can make along with us!
- Tips on how to make your beverages healthier at home
Cost of $5 covers attendance for one person.
Time offered: 6pm CST (7pm EST, or 4pm PST) on April 14th. Lecture lasts 45 minutes to an hour.
