Blueberry Protein Chia Seed Pudding

I’ve been incorporating more chia seeds into my diet because they’re PACKED with nutritional value! Fiber, healthy fats, and protein. I recommend seeds to my clients who want to fix their metabolism, lose weight, or feel better in their own body — they’re also so versatile!

Makes: 1 serving

  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or unflavored
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk or cow’s milk
  • 1/4 cup (or more) blueberries

  1. Combine all ingredients except the blueberries in a mason jar or tupperware. Mix to combine. Top with fresh blueberries.
  2. Keep in the fridge overnight and then enjoy!
