Try these delicious and nutritious Banana Oat Protein Cookies! Made with just four simple ingredients—bananas, oats, protein powder, and dark chocolate chips—these cookies are a perfect quick snack or post-workout treat. They’re naturally sweetened and packed with fiber and protein to keep you energized throughout the day.
Makes: About 12 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas
- 1.25 cups quick oats
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats and protein powder. Mix to combine.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form dough into small balls (makes about 10-12 cookies) and place onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked. Store in an airtight container!
