Don’t skip on pears this fall! Try incorporating this recipe into your daily breakfast routine to boost your metabolism.
- 1 small ripe pear
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or more if you want it thinner; also can use another milk if nut-free)
- 1 handful of greens
- 1/2 cup ice (if you want it thicker)
- Add all ingredients into a blender and combine. Enjoy immediately!
