This Mango Banana Chia Seed Smoothie is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack in less than 5 minutes!

Yields 1 serving


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Handful of greens
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • Milk or non-dairy milk alternative


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine. Enjoy as is!
