Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette

We love this salad dressing in the springtime and summer. It’s so refreshing!

(Servings: 4)


  • 1 small shallot, diced
  • Juice and zest from 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Add all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
