(Makes 1 serving)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder
- ¼ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (add more if you like things extra sweet)
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Spray a microwave safe dish with cooking spray
- Add all ingredients and mix until well combined
- Microwave for 45 seconds and enjoy!
- Store in the fridge
