Chocolate Banana Microwave Mug Cake

(Makes 1 serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • ½ a ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder 
  • 2 tbsps of whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

Directions

  1. Spray your microwave safe dish 
  2. Mash banana in dish before adding other ingredients 
  3. Mix
  4. Microwave for 45 seconds to a minute
