Air Fried Chickpeas

An easy high protein and high fiber snack!

(Makes 3 servings)


  • One can of chickpeas 
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
  • Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste


  1. Drain and rinse one can of chickpeas 
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chickpeas 
  3. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder 
  4. Mix well so they are evenly coated 
  5. Air dry at 390 degrees for 12 minutes (can leave in longer if you prefer them crispier)
