Banana Bread Blender Baked Oats

Dessert for breakfast…who could say no to that?

(Makes 1 serving)


  • ⅓ cup of rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup of almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • ½ tbsp of cocoa powder
  • ½ a ripe banana


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a small oven safe dish 
  2. In a blender combine all ingredients 
  3. Bake for 25 minutes (optional: top with bananas halfway through baking)
