- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 1/2 cup soy or other milk
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Add ingredients to blender in the order listed. Blend on medium until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie.
