- 1/2-1lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the stem ends from the Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Place in a medium size mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Toss to combine.
- Place facedown in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, toss, then return to oven for 10-15 more minutes.
