Avocado Lime Crema Sauce

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 cup reduced or nonfat Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  •  1/4 cup reduced or nonfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • zest and juice of 2 limes


  1. Add your avocados, Greek yogurt, milk, salt, pepper, and lime zest and juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add to any taco station, salad, or grain bowl, and enjoy!
