- 2 Avocados
- 1 cup reduced or nonfat Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/4 cup reduced or nonfat milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- zest and juice of 2 limes
- Add your avocados, Greek yogurt, milk, salt, pepper, and lime zest and juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add to any taco station, salad, or grain bowl, and enjoy!
