- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup flax meal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients using a spoon or hands.
- Roll dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Freeze balls for 20 minutes and then balls are ready to be consumed!
