No-Bake Almond Oat Bites

(Yields about 12 balls; 193 calories, 6.8g fat, 28.8g carb, 6.2g protein per 2 ball serving)


  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness)


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients using a spoon or hands.
  2. Roll dough into balls and place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze balls for 20 minutes and then balls are ready to be consumed!

*Recommend storing in Tupperware in freezer and thawing for 5 minutes before consumption.*
