- 2/3 cup roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
- 1 1/4 cup packed fresh basil
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1/3 cup avocado or EVOO
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Place macadamia nuts in the food processor & pulse until they are broken down into a meal.
- Add the basil, parmesan, oil, garlic & salt.
- Continue to pulse the mixture until no large pieces are remaining.
- Add to pizza, pasta, & so much more!
Note: It can last in the fridge for roughly two weeks!
